We seek original,
unpublished poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction.
Send fiction and nonfiction submissions as e-mail text to
prose@facets-magazine.com and poetry submissions
as e-mail text to facetspoetry@aol.com. (Due to
compatibility considerations, please do not submit work
as attachments.) Submissions must include current contact
information (name, address, telephone number, and e-mail
address) and a biographical note. The kind of submission
should be indicated in the subject line (e.g., POETRY
SUBMISSION FROM E. B. BROWNING).

Due to the increased
volume of submissions, we will not consider more than
five poems from any author at a time.
Facets acquires
first internet rights to work that is published. All
rights revert to the author upon publication. Future
appearances of work published in this magazine must cite
the place of first publication (e.g., Browning, E. B,
"Let Me Count the Ways." Facets, I, 2 (July
2001)).
Facets is
published quarterly, on or about the following dates:
January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st.
Simultaneous
submitters, please note: Acceptance of any story,
essay, or poem is conditional upon not having been
previously published.
